I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and the staff at the front desk were professional and friendly. The room was phenomenal - it was clean, comfy, and had all the amenities I needed. I especially loved that it was smoke-free and didn't have any slot machines, unlike other hotels on the strip. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy bar/lobby area where I could enjoy my drinks on the patio near the pool. The breakfast menu at Starbucks was excellent, and I appreciated the option to take my drinks outside. The shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient, and the drivers were friendly. this hotel surpassed my expectations and made my stay in this city memorable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The free shuttle service was great! The hotel was renovated, but we have seen better courtyards.

Due to the proximity to the airport and the location directly at the freeway, very loud.

It was a newly renovated very comfortable room with super air conditioning and soundproof windows.

This hotel is a great place to stay off the strip. Located in a quiet area, it is very close to the future Raiders stadium. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are super comfy and the pillows are nice and fluffy. The lobby is clean and there is a little market for snacks and drinks. The pool is also nice for a relaxing dip.

There are no big restaurants or 24-hour diners in the vicinity.

Convenient location, spotless lobby and facilities. Pleasant ambiance with friendly staff. Would happily return on future visits to Sin City.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the future Raiders stadium. It offers easy access to the strip without being in the midst of the overpriced tourist areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the strip and offers a substantial breakfast selection.

There were some issues with water pressure and amenities, such as a lack of hairdryers in the rooms.

very good alternative to the centrally located, but expensive hotels in Las Vegas; everything perfectly clean, great big room, very nice palm-fringed pool with waterfall and whirlpool, there is the possibility to have a drink at the bar in the evening or to get breakfast at the Starbucks Counter in the morning, very nice staff - we would very happy to stay here again!!!

The friendly front desk staffs greeting us with big smiles each time we passed by. She even gave us bottled water on our way out in the morning. Quiet location for good sleep. Minutes of drive to strip

The breakfast is under average. one thing I find very odd is that one lady staff asks every customer if they has paid for breakfast and leaves a slip of receipt paper asking for tips, room number, and signature. I always book hotels with included breakfast when travelling around the states and Europe.This is the first time I feel very uncomfortable at hotel breakfast table when eating with family members. Also I saw a price sign for the cooked-to-order omelettes. At that moment I really regretted I didn't book embassy suites.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, as it is close to everything without being on the overpriced strip. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast experience. As mentioned in a previous review, the breakfast setup was a bit unusual, with a staff member asking for payment and leaving a tip slip. However, despite this quirk, the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

I could stay longer, had an early flight!

In order to reward the problema with the keys, breakfast was given for free.

We arrived too late into the hotel ant when we got to the room, the keys didn't worked. Solution: manager came in and open the door for us with the master key.

The bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

Loved the location; close enough to the strip but far enough away to relax. Pool was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the FREE shuttle to Mandalay Bay. Will definitely stay again.
